To all the Yoginis and Yogis near & far -
When we sit long enough, we begin to hear the birds sing - then the noise dissolves...
When we sit long enough, we hear the hum of the crickets - no longer do we count the years between the cicadas or begin to differentiate between species...the mind remains centered.
When we sit long enough, we notice the owl - the background and foreground dissolve: nature, cars, breath, center.
Noticing the sounds of nature, humans, an occasional passing train maybe a horn; we don’t push against the distraction - we remain centered with breath, mind and body.
All levels, restore, twist, intention set, savasana and sound bowls…outdoors. And, as we emerge from our practice, the hum of conversation once begins again. New. Softer.
And we move From Mat To Table to dine under the stars.
We share a few different home cooked courses. Always from our hearts to your bellies, always inspired by our ancestors.
A very special event, where the sangha gathers on the porch, greetings to all. Meditation. Asana.
We flow freely and serve lovingly.
