Let’s set up our mats, facing the beautiful Eastern sunrise. And, as we overlook the farm and pond we will take a few moments to just be still. Pause. Eyes closed. And breathe.

Let us call time mind three things we are grateful for. And give a breath to each. But the fourth, is us. Our own, unique beings. Strong bodies, calm minds and contagious spirits. We will take a moment to focus all of our energy inward. And then move, just as our bodies are calling us to, slowly, gently and with intention. 

As we flow From Mat to Table, we will allow the sunlight to warm our skin. We will serve you locally grown (yes, here in Maryland) tea that sprouted just a few feet away from your yoga mat.

Gather around the large community table and begin to let the colors and aromas permeate your senses. Decide how you will build you own Açaí bowl from a variety of toppings loaded with antioxidants that will benefit the immune system and leave us glowing! Nibble on a few breakfast breads packed with chia, hemp and flax seeds bound to boost your protein, fiber and essential vitamins and minerals. And begin to sample a variety of teas hand-blended right here at Heron’s Meadow Farm. 

Together we will Rise to Shine, flow freely and enter the beautiful weekend to serve lovingly to all creatures everywhere.
